Bug fixes:
1) Will now play online in Conquest mode - and also Coop mode for all maps but Con Thien.
2) Gun elevation values on PT-76 and weight value for M24Chaffee fixed.
Changes:
1) Grenade damage decreased against armoured vehicles, including no damage against heavy armour (now uses Battlegroup42 values)
2) Music player added to T-34-85
3) Passenger position added to M110
4) Lifting hook removed from Patton and M67PattonFlamer
5) M42Duster mobile AA added to US main bases in Khe Sahn and Lang Vei
6) Battlegroup42 theme music added, plus a new map icon
