INFANTRY
---------
CHANGE: Max number of medpacks per player in the world reduced from 5 to 2.
REASON: This makes medpack stacking (putting multiple packs at your feet)
less effective.

CHANGE: Ammopack ammo amount increased from 50% back to default 100%.
Ammopack cost increased from 25% to 45%.
REASON: Half-ammo replenishing is buggy with certain weapons, reverting to full
ammo replenishing should fix this.

CHANGE: Medic now carries 2 handgrenades instead of 3.
REASON: Popular demand and class balance of infantry-only combat (ie 5v5).

CHANGE: Assault now carries 2 smokegrenades instead of 1.
REASON: Popular demand, may allow smoke grenades to be a viable option now.

CHANGE: Kit drop delay removed.
REASON: This fixes the "kit switch/full ammo on revive" bug in BF2.


HELICOPTERS
------------
CHANGE: Air vehicles are now immune to artillery splash damage.
REASON: This makes artillery much less effective at camping helicopter spawns.
Note that it can still kill any infantry around it, this just means that
something else will have to destroy the helicopter.

CHANGE: TV missile damage vs helicopters reduced to 810 (~94%, critical damage).
REASON: This makes it more difficult for helicopters to spawn camp enemy helipads
with TV missiles. Helicopters will be able to survive a single TV missile
hit in the following situation:
- the helicopter has full health
- the helicopter is being repaired (supply box or repair pad)
- nothing else of note is damaging the helicopter

CHANGE: Hard-armored vehicles (APCs, mobile AA, tanks, helicopters, planes) are now
immune to TV missile splash damage.
REASON: This was necessary to regulate TV missile damage vs helicopters. It should
not be a noticeable change, as the vast majority of TV missile kills are
direct hits anyway. Splash damage vs jeeps and infantry remains the same.

CHANGE: Number of TV missiles increased back up to 5.
REASON: The extra TV missile compensates for the fact that it may take 2 missiles
to camp an enemy helicopter now. If a helo has enough time to fire 2
missiles, he deserves the spawncamp kill anyway.

CHANGE: Tank shell damage vs helicopters increased from 750 to 800 (critical damage)
REASON: Popular demand. This damage amount allows a tank to destroy a helicopter
with one shot if it is not being repaired (similar to TV missiles).

MAPS
-----
CHANGE: AA vehicles on Daqing Oilfields changed back to heavy jeeps
REASON: Popular demand. The AA vehicle should no longer be necessary with the above
changes to helicopters.

CHANGE: Tweaked China main base infantry/jeep spawns on Daqing Oilfields
(China should now be equidistant from the middle flag).
REASON: This makes the map less lopsided and gives China an equal chance to capture the middle flag off the start.
