About Marshall City,

This map was created in memory of one of our fallen members of The Lazy Bastards clan. [TLB]Lt.FrankFreak was a great friend to all of us but we lost him to a tragic car accident late in the year 2005. He will be sorely missed, dearly remembered and he will remain in our hearts forever. Frank always had a kind word, was helpful above and beyond the call of duty and has raised a fine son in [TLB]tater salad. He's our little brother (well not so little anymore) and we have welcomed him into our TLB Honorary Corp indefinitely. Proud to have you with us my friend.

If you look closely in the overhead map view of the city, you will see Frank's initials make up the main streets of the city. Marshall Texas is where he was from, hence the name of the map is Marshall City.

About the battle:

LONG LIVE BATTLEFIELD 1942!!!

The Germans have stolen a B17 bomber from the Americans, so both sides have plenty of airpower to make the ground shake HARD! You cannot spawn at the town flag so you'll want to keep your sorry butt alive to hold the town from the enemy.

There are plenty of hidden ammo crates for infantry, as well as medical lockers to replenish health. There are mounted machine guns and a rooftop AA gun in town to take care of pesky pilots. There's a tank undercover that you quench your craving to blast people to Kingdom come with, but only one tank. Explore the map and find out all the other assets in the main bases etc, it's a great map for a clan custom map night.
