If you would like to use s(bf) with BF:V you'll need to change this in every log file:

<bf:log version="1.1" xmlns:bfv="http://www.dice.se/xmlns/bfv/1.0">

to
<bf:log version="1.1" xmlns:bf="http://www.dice.se/xmlns/bfv/1.0">

Logging in BF:V only makes sense with the Linux-server version! Windows only logs chat!
