CE-Mod bereit für Closed-Beta
Wie auf der offiziellen Webseite des Codename Eagle Mods zu lesen ist, sind sämtliche Arbeiten der Closed Beta des Mods nun fertiggestellt. Der Release des Mods wird sich jedoch noch bis Januar verzögern, da die Entwickler noch mit internationalen Tests beschäftigt sind. Als kleinen Trost findet ihr auf der CE-Webseite reichlich Screenshots zur kommenden Closed-Beta des CE Mods.

I have removed all the old screenshots on the site and replaced them all in celebration the mod going officially Beta. We have been going over our code base internally all weekend and fine tuning the code. There are 2,232 files, in 431 folders in our mod and 148 new models. The installer size right now is 30.1 mb. And that is cleaned up and compressed in every way we could imagine.
To all the Beta testers that have been selected this does not mean that we are ready right now to release code in closed beta format. We said mid January earlier and that still seems about right. We will be doing internal testing of the beta code for a while to get rid of any bugs first. It is our intent that the Beta will focus not on bugs but more on gameplay. So we want it ready to rock when we do the closed beta.
