I've been into Battlefield games since  BF1942 was released, bought the game  the day after  getting a free demo on a computer magazine and have followed  the franchise ever since.  I was disappointed with the latest Battlefield, but only because of the plethora of cheaters and the lack of a coop mode, which I'm hoping   we will see  sometime  soon.  

I've been into gaming  since a serious accident left me disabled and unable to work  over 20 years ago.  Playing games   works as distraction therapy,  numbing the    chronic pain I'm in 24/7 (I was hit by a speeding car, and sent home with bruises only and some low level pain relief. In actual fact I had four broken vertebrae, that left me 4'' shorter and a serious head injury that    has left me with a life long need to  inject and take three different hormones as my pituitary gland was macerated.  It took the medics almost a year to finally say my back had been broken and  seven years  to     diagnose the head injury. All because of the report   written after my discharge from A&E that said I could walk and my pain score was one. In actual fact they never checked to see if I could walk  and  my wife had to carry me from the wheel chair into the car  and my pain score  was between 8 & 10 that took months to subside.  Now it ranges between 2 to 4   and is ever present. 

 I love gaming and will play more or less anything apart from Time Management games, which I abhor.  I usually play  a few AAA games at a  time    with at least two days playing coop with a small group of friends. If I'm not in the mood for a long session I'll boot up several arcade games   that include Shmups, Tower Defence, Pinball and Breakout games.   I've just finished playing Dune : Awakening, but decided to  cancel my  server subscription until they have  completed the game and am returning to Generation Zero, which was finalised almost a year ago.  I also  want to return to fallout 76, all the Dead Island games and both Dying Light games. I'm looking forward to the sequel to Back 4 Blood and have recently been playing  some of the old  Left 4 Dead custom maps and  also returned to Back for Blood after almost two years.  Other games I want to revisit are   some of the Assassins Creed games especially the last few.  For a quick shooting fix I've been playing MIlitary Conflict: Vietnam and have just  'repurchased' the   Operation Harsh Doorstop DLC's.
